This is a small business run by one person, so this is short and in plain English. Last updated September 2026.
Who I am
Neptune Plumbing and Drainage Repairs, based in Cwmbran, South Wales. You can reach me on 01633 928446.
What I collect
If you fill in the callback form, I collect your name, phone number, postcode and what the job is. That is it. There is no account to make and no newsletter.
- Name and phone number, so I can ring you back.
- Postcode, so I know whether I cover your area.
- What the problem is, so I turn up with the right bits.
What I do with it
I use it to ring you back about your job and, if you go ahead, to do the work and invoice you. I do not sell it, share it with marketing companies or send you anything you have not asked for.
How long I keep it
Enquiries that do not turn into a job are deleted within 12 months. Records of jobs I have actually done are kept for six years, because HMRC requires it.
Cookies
The site sets one cookie, and only when you use the callback form. It is there to stop spam bots and it disappears when you close your browser. There is no advertising or tracking cookie on this site.
The callback form uses Google reCAPTCHA to keep spam robots off it. Google may set its own cookies and look at how you use that part of the page in order to tell people from robots. Google's privacy policy and terms apply to that bit.
If you message me on WhatsApp, that conversation is handled by WhatsApp under their own privacy terms. I only see the messages you send me.
Your rights
You can ask me what I hold about you, ask me to correct it, or ask me to delete it. Ring me on 01633 928446 and I will sort it. If you are not happy with how I have handled it, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
