I have been on the tools for almost 25 years and I work across Newport, Cwmbran, Pontypool and the surrounding areas. Most of my work still comes from repeat customers and word of mouth, which is how I like it.
The way it works is simple. You give me a ring, I come out and have a look at the job, and I give you a price before any work starts. No surprises when I have finished.

How much will it cost?
I will come out, have a look at what needs doing and give you a price before any work starts. You will know exactly what you are paying before I pick up a tool.
How quickly can you get here?
Usually the same day or the day after, depending on how urgent it is. I will always be honest with you about when I can get there and I will keep you posted.
Do you charge a call out fee?
No hidden fees. The price I give you is the price you pay.
Do you do boilers or gas work?
No. I am not gas registered, so I stick to plumbing repairs, leaks, blockages and drainage. If you need a gas engineer I can usually point you in the right direction.
